Round Implants are round throughout and will maintain the same shape no matter which way they are turned. Thought rare, should it rotate inside its pocket beneath the breast, it will not appear distorted and retains its natural shape. Popular opinion holds that round implants give a more artificial look to a woman. However, this is untrue: the implant acts the same way human tissue would on the chest and looks completely natural.
